House Kombucha, San Francisco 4 months, 2 weeks agoThis is day 2 ? I didn’ t know it started, but luckily, I’ve been sipping every day anyway! Today, I am about to finish the whole bottle of Jasmine Green, started it about 8:30. I usually drink about 8 oz a day, but today is just a 16 oz day…!

My favorite is my own homebrew. I do know what you mean about the sweetness factor. It seems to me that the Kombucha that is coming out these days is on the sweeter side to attract newbies. I like mine tart so I will buy bottles of KT and let it sit at room temp or in the fridge for several weeks and THEN drink it. The flavor tends to be better…[Read more]
