It is passed the 30 days but I am still drinking it! I have decided to start making my own and will look at purchasing the continuous brewing system. I am looking forward to having my own readily available!!

Kombucha Kamp Challenge 4 months agoI’ve noticed some improvements with my headaches lately, since doing the KT. I am one of those that when the pressure changes, it triggers headaches and occasionally migraines. Perhaps they’ll go away completely!!

I’m doing well. I’ve boosted up my water drinking so that seems to help. I have noticed that my headaches are better. I get frequent headaches when the weather changes. It’s been very mild. My latest brand and flavor that I’m trying today is Celestial Seasonings Antioxidant Superfruit.

What do you think of the Celestial Seasonings? I rather liked their flavors when I tried it in March.

GT's Synergy & Raw Kombucha 4 months agoSo far, the Mystic Mango is still my favorite. Going to check out some other flavors this weekend. So far the biggest things I’ve noticed in drinking the KT is curbing hunger and cravings, and the need to drink more water. While I drink a lot of water anyway, I apparently need to drink even more while on KT. But I’m hooked!

Kombucha Kamp Challenge 4 months, 1 week agoReally enjoying the various brands of KTs. So far there isn’t anything I don’t like but my fav so far is GTs mystic mango. Healthwise so far, it helps take a little edge of the fatigue during the day. I have noticed a difference in it curbing my appetite. However, I do find that it increases my need to drink water. I drink a lot of water…[Read more]

Kombucha does have a diuretic effect as part of the detox process. That’s why I do Kombucha water!
-
I find I drink way more water now with out thinking about it. Like my soda craving is gone and ALL i want is water. I went from struggling to remember to do 10cups a day to sucking down 14 to 16 without even thinking about it. Crazy man crazy!

LOL I just grabbed it along with the others since they were all in the same spot. So, other than adding the tea and the difference in the cultures, what is the difference between probiotic water and KT?

I think I’m hooked! LOL I am going to have to start making my own! I have been trying some other brands. Kevita’s lemon ginger, GT’s Synergy mystic mango (which I love), and a relatively new company locally called Localbucha and their ginger which was really good! Localbucha’s ginger seemed to taste slightly sweeter than the other brands.…[Read more]

Kevita is actually NOT Kombucha but rather probiotic water. Localbucha’s elderberry sounds good!

Well, those are pretty big differences when you get right down to it. Tea is far superior in terms of health benefits than just water. That also means that the culture is more complex because it needs the nutrients present in the tea.

This weekend I continued with the challenge and tried another brand which I liked. I even got my husband to try it! He said it wasn’t too bad. I know he would at least drink that one he had tried, Unpeeled cran pom. Will get some more KT stocked up for us.

Still drinking it. I now have tried Unpeeled and like that pretty well. Yesterday I did the ginger and today I tried the cranberry pomegranate. Yum! Surprised how quickly I have become drawn to drink this already.

Thought this looked like a good idea! Looking into adding more fermented food and drinks to my diet this year. Haven’t gotten any yet but will pick some up tonight to start the challenge!

Hi Magan. Babies in Russia were given Kombucha to treat colic. In traditional cultures, children are fed fermented foods from a young age. Start with small amounts, follow with water and monitor how they respond. They will tell you if they want more
