Kombucha Kamp Challenge 3 months, 3 weeks agoI have found any desire for sweet foods and drink is gone. I have a very large pot with a tap, and continuous brew, drawing about 1 litre a day. My husband drinks a combination of kombucha and keffir but I reallly like it plain. I have noticed my stomach is getting flatter.

In reply to: Metqa posted an update in the group Kombucha Kamp Challenge I have to respectfully disagree with some of the claims in today’s challenge article about sugar and artificial sweeteners. Color is not very pleasing. ViewRita – I rotate. After kicking off a couple of fairly good brews with black, I now rotate green, black and white tea. Makes for a lovely flavour. I use rainwater as the base. I have not noticed a colour change though.

I spent a long time on raw food, followed a fairly vegetarian…[Read more] -
